Our latest Ofsted inspection took place on Tuesday 27th March 2018. Our extremely positive report is now available for you to read.
Thank you to staff, pupils, parents, governors and advisers for your support and contribution to this very positive outcome. This is the best possible result that we could achieve within the guidance of the new Ofsted framework during phase one of the first inspection (section 8).
“This school continues to be good. The leadership team has maintained the good quality of education in the school since the last inspection. Based on the evidence gathered during this short inspection, I am of the opinion that the school has demonstrated strong practice and marked improvement in certain areas. This may indicate that the school is improving towards being outstanding.”
The next phase of the inspection (section 5) will be to judge if the school meets the outstanding requirements.
In the past, parents and pupils have had the opportunity to share their views about our school by completing a paper questionnaire when Ofsted visit us. There is no longer a paper questionnaire for parents and pupils to complete.
The New Ofsted Framework gives you a chance to tell Ofsted what you think about our school by logging on to their website.
‘Parent View’ asks for your opinion on 12 aspects of your child’s school, from the quality of teaching to dealing with bullying and behaviour. By sharing your views you will be helping to support our school. This should take approximately 3 minutes to complete.
Please register by accessing the parent view website: www.parentview.ofsted.gov.uk/register
Once you have received your password you can log on yourself at home or come into school and we will show you how to access Parent View.
