This term our topic is magical stories

We attended to a drama workshop

Our nursery children celebrated World Book Day dressing up as historical figures.

We celebrated the Chinese New Year. We dressed up in red, decorated the classroom and danced the dragon dance.

We are learning about Diwali, a Hindu festival of lights.

Mrs Dodia came to the class. She shared with us how she celebrates Diwali.

She lights the diyas and showed us a Rangoli pattern. She also brought some sweets to try.

She showed us her special dress and showed us how the sari is put on.

We watched the story of Ramayana, the origin of Diwali.
