Trip to Hyde Park Lookout Centre
We made Christingles at Saint Paul’s Church.
We learned about the different parts and what each one represents.
Then we lit them and Reverend Clare held a short service.
We thought about Jesus said:
“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
John 8: 12
To support our Autumn term learning in science, we went on a trip to the Floating Classroom.
We learned about lots of interesting things and did some fun activities.
We thought about differences between animals, grouped them in different ways and looked at food chains.
We had fun spotting different water birds on the canal and made plasticine minibeasts.
It was exciting going through the tunnel!
