Year 5 went on a trip to Saint Cypriat’s Church to look at the stained glass windows and learn about them. Back at school, we designed and made our own stained glass windows.

World Book Day 2025!
Term 4: We were lucky to have a visit from some employees from Forsters Law, Baker Street, to explain about their jobs and what they do day to day.
BBC 500 Words competition
Term 1: Year 5 had a fantastic time on 'The Floating Classroom', investigating some local history. We looked at historical sources about how boats were used to transport cargo and learnt what life was like for families living on the canals. It was amazing to learn about the explosion of Boat Tilbury and to see the actual bridge where the explosion took place. The children also travelled through a 249 meter tunnel!
