Hyde Park Lookout Trip
Year 2 students embarked on an exciting trip to Hyde Park, where they visited a the Lookout Discovery Centre to explore the fascinating world of habitats and food chains. Through engaging activities and hands-on exhibits, the students learned about various ecosystems and the plants and animals within them. The visit included interactive activities that helped students understand how different species rely on one another for survival and live together in different habitats. This outing enhanced students science knowledge and sparked curiosity about the natural world, encouraging a greater appreciation for environmental conservation.
London Fire Brigade
Today we had a visit from the London Fire Brigade. We learnt all about the importance of having a fire safety plan at home and at school. We also learnt what to do in an emergency and the important role of fire fighters in keeping us safe. We enjoyed trying to get ready in 30 seconds like fire fighters do in an emergency.
