English Trip: Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. Year 6 were fortunate enough to visit The Globe Theatre, the theatrical home of many of William Shakespeare's plays. The pupils are currently studying Shakespeare's Scottish tale of deceit, murder and power, 'Macbeth'. As well as getting a tour of the renowned theatre by an actor, the pupils were able to take part in a drama workshop, acting out a scene between the protagonist, Lord Macbeth, and his wife, Lady Macbeth...
