Practical learning of Steel Pans • to hold sticks and how to make sound on steel pans • to develop stick technique and where to place thumb and index finger • to develop wrist technique – bounce don’t press • to angle hands to cover specific notes efficiently and with precision • to play C major, G major, F major & A minor scales, ascending & descending
