Understanding the World
Our new topic is green fingers. We looked at how seeds grow.
We were exploring different textures by playing with frozen paint. It was cold and sticky.
Today was Science Day and we were learning about length. we made worms and we measured them to see how long they were.
This term we are learning about life cycle. We received eggs and we saw them hatched. We have 9 chicks, we named them and held them.
We are learning about plants and what they need in order to grow. Nursery children planted runner beans.

This morning was freezing cold and we decided to go out and explore. We found some ice, we touched it, played with it and brought it inside to see what happens to it.
This week for our UW lesson we learned about polar habitats and which animals live there
