In this class, we use class dojo.
It is an online reward system that let's students build up points for good choices and behaviour.
We can also take points away for students making not good choices and not following our golden rules.
The students have truly loved getting dojo points.
There is a parent communication app as well.
This will let parents talk directly to me, the teacher.
You can tell me something like someone getting picked up early and by who or simply mention that the student is needing help with their homework. I can then communicate to you back through the app.
This has been very useful already in the class, reminding students to bring in books or that our assembly is fast approaching.
If you have not signed up for the app and need the information please let the class teacher know as there is a specific code for your child.
