We visited the London Central Mosque.
We learned a little about the history of the mosque.
We found out about prayer in the mosque and how the Five Pillars of Islam help Muslims to show commitment to their faith.
It was a very interesting and enjoyable trip.
We made Christingles at Saint Paul’s Church.
We learned about the different parts and what each one represents.
Then we lit them and Clare held a short service.
We thought about Jesus said:
“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

As part of Black History Month, Don Rae came to teach us a dance.
We learned a little about the famous Brazilian footballer, Pele.
We really enjoyed rehearsing and performing our dance, as you can see!
