The Easter Story

Nursery class listened to The Easter Story from the children’s Bible. The children acted out Palm Sunday, by waving ‘palm leaves’ and singing Hosanna. They tasted a piece of bread as they learnt about The Last Supper. Then Nursery watched a children’s animation of the crucifixion and resurrection, and talked about the story. In addition, they sang the Out of the Ark song ‘Risen’. Finally the children drew pictures of The Easter Story to represent their ideas.
