We enjoyed our Coram Life session about Feelings with Sarah.
We learned about our bodies and we talked about emotions.
It was fun to meet Harold and his friends.
This week we talked about how it feels to be part of a group and what it’s like to feel left out.
We discussed what we can do to notice if someone is feeling left out and help them to join the group. We also talked about how we can help ourselves if we are feeling left out by being proactive or asking for help.
We role played scenarios and shared them with the class.
This term in PSHE we are thinking about emotions. We talked about different feelings and the different words we can use for these, for example for happy, we can use…joyful, ecstatic, content, glad.
We stood back to back with someone so we couldn't see what the other person was doing and showed the same emotion.
We learned that we all show our emotions in different ways…even if the emotion is the same!
